Greg Cotter has more than 20 years experience in the restaurant and marketing fields.
He was CMO and a member of the 4-person Executive Committee for Taco Cabana, helping to grow the chain from 6 to 148 locations throughout the southern United States. He led the Culinary Team in the development, creation and introduction of all new menu items.
He also supervised the Training Department and developed pioneering interactive, computer-based training programs for all restaurant operations positions and created numerous award-winning marketing campaigns.
The Taco Cabana restaurants created all of their food from scratch in each restaurant using fresh ingredients to ensure the best dining experience for guests. This same “make it fresh” philosophy is a cornerstone belief for all Creative Cafe brands.
Prior to moving to Seattle in 2009, Greg Cotter, President, was owner and president of a San Antonio-based advertising agency, ranked among the top 10 in San Antonio for many years.
