Dale Zagel has over 20 years experience in the foodservice industry. He believes good food comes from quality ingredients.
He has a diverse background in the food industry working restaurant positions from line cook, server, and food expediter to back of house and front of house management. He has done the footwork with startup restaurants, sourcing food, formulating menus, training staff, and designing service, floor, and line execution.
For the last ten years he has worked in cafe management in Seattle and Bellevue. In 2000 he began working in the downtown Seattle corridor for Briazz Inc., an innovative high end sandwich cafe.
His most recent accomplishments are managing a high volume 1.5 million dollar café and being a multi-unit manager for OM Holdings and now Creative Cafes. He has in depth knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services; this includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
